The Bank operates in the emerging market of Vietnam and provides a full range of bank services. It serves both Russian and Vietnamese companies and individuals. The bank is actively developing its branch network and has representative offices in the largest economic centers of Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Vung Tau). In spring 2008, the Bank entered into an agreement with Bank VTB 24 on bank transfers for individuals.
