Before December 2008, Mr. Puchkov worked for VTB Legal Department as: Deputy Head, Head, Vice President - Head of the Department, Senior Vice President - Head of the Department, then Senior Vice President, a member of the Management Board. |

1999-2002 - member of the Moscow City Bar;
1997-1999 - assistant lawyer, lawyer at ALM Law Bureau;
1996-1997 - economist and legal consultant in the Central Economic Department of the Bank of Russia.
Born in 1977 in Moscow.
In 1998, Mr. Puchkov graduated from the Law Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
