VTB’s IR Team recognized one of the best in Russia

VTB Bank and its Investor Relations Team were named among leaders in five nominations of “IR magazine Russia & CIS awards 2010” granted in partnership with Thomson Reuters Extel.

According to the survey conducted among analysts and investors, VTB took the lead in the nomination “Best one on one meetings”. The Bank ranked #2 in nominations “Grand prix for best overall investor relations, large cap”, “Best IR for a corporate transaction” and “Best investor relations by a chairman or CEO”. VTB also ranked #3 in the nomination “Best investor relations website/webcasting”.

The winners of “IR magazine Russia & CIS awards 2010” were chosen on the basis of the independent survey of analysts’ and portfolio managers’ preferences conducted in partnership with Thomson Reuters Extel. The data was collected during the “Extel Pan-European Survey” and additional survey of “Russia IR” held in April-May 2010. More than 400 representatives of the investment community participated in the survey in 2010.
