Corporate Secretary

Corporate Secretary of VTB Bank provides maintenance of rules and procedures of corporate governance by its bodies and employees that guarantee the execution of rights and interests of shareholders of Bank as well as cooperation between the Bank and its shareholders.

Supervisory Council's Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee reviews the candidates for Corporate Secretary position and provide the members of Supervisory Council with recommendations. Corporate Secretary functionally reports to the Supervisory Council and in relation to administrative procedures additionally to the President and Chairman of Management Board of VTB Bank.

On September 28, 2011 Supervisory Council of VTB Bank has appointed Evgeniy G. Ignatyev as Corporate Secretary based on the recommendations of Supervisory Council's Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee and Human resources and Benefits Committee.
