Statutory audit commission

VTB Statutory Audit Commission oversees the Bank’s financial and economic activity. The exact composition of the Statutory Audit Commission is determined by a decision of the annual General Shareholders Meeting and its members serve until the next annual General Shareholders Meeting. Members of the Statutory Audit Commission may not also be members of the Supervisory Council or other senior management bodies of VTB.
