The Supervisory Council decides on general matters of the Bank`s activities, including its development strategy, except for those falling within the terms of reference of the General Shareholders Meeting under applicable Russian law and the Charter.

In 1979 – graduated from the Leningrad State University majoring in "National Economy Planning".
In 2006 – graduated from the Higher School of Psychology as psychologist.
