Sergey K. Dubinin

The Supervisory Council of the Bank acts under applicable Russian law, the Bank`s Charter, Regulation on the Supervisory Council and other VTB Bank by-laws. The Supervisory Council decides on general matters of the Bank`s activities, including its development strategy, except for those falling within the terms of reference of the General Shareholders Meeting under applicable Russian law and the Charter.

Born in 1950 in Moscow.

In 1973, Mr. Dubinin graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University; in 1976 – extramural postgraduate of Moscow State University. Mr. Dubinin holds a Ph.D and a Doctor Degree in Economics.
