VTB announces Mandatory Offer for Sistema-Hals shares

VTB Bank announces its Mandatory Offer for purchasing of ordinary registered shares of OJSC Sistema-Hals:

• Number of shares to be purchased – 4,555,852;
• Date of the offer submission to the Russian federal securities market authority - December 11^th, 2009; 
• Offer price – RUB 736.69 per share;
• Mandatory offer acceptance period – 70 days starting from December 28^th, 2009.
