I highly appreciate the contribution of the Association to the shaping of the Russian business community and its assistance for Russian companies to switch to the best international standards.”
The ARISTOS Award was established by the Association of Managers, a public business association promoting the highest standards of management in Russia. The Award is based on the principle “The best choose the best”, with top managers assessing the work of their colleagues for the year. This principle provides for maximum objectivity in the assessment of personal reputation and professional competences of managers, and ensures that the criteria for selecting the winners are clear and fair. The first stage chooses the leaders in each nomination within industries. The second stage chooses only one leader among the best representatives of the industries.
