On 26 April 2013, the Supervisory Council of VTB Bank (hereinafter the «Bank») approved decisions to increase the Bank’s charter capital through the issuance of 2,500,000,000,000 new ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of RUB 0.01 per share, at a price of RUB 0.041. The shares will be placed through an open subscription and will be admitted to trading on OJSC Moscow Exchange
The Supervisory Council also approved the prospectus for the new share issue.
