VTB Bank is introducing Mobile Client, an application to help company executives, chief financial officers and treasurers manage corporate accounts online and give them detailed information on the company’s money flow on their mobile phones, smartphones and tablets.
VTB’s Mobile Client will run on any mobile device that can access the Internet. The application is available at https://mc.vtb.ru, or, for iOS devices, the MClientVTB application is downloadable from the AppStore. Clients must apply to the bank for their login details and password for the service.
Mobile Client is one of the first examples of mobile banking for corporate clients in Russia. VTB plans to develop this app further by offering its clients other services such as the possibility to make payments, transfer money between accounts and accept payments, in addition to accessing account information. The service will remain user friendly and will not require IT specialist support for installation.
“Our clients want to remain in control of their business at any moment and in any location to be able to make informed executive decisions, to be aware of the company’s financial standing and to be ready to respond promptly to changes,” said Gurinder Nihal, Senior Vice President and Head of Global Transaction Banking at VTB. “Our product provides clients with permanent access to necessary information and gives them flexibility in their daily cash flow management.”
