From 25 September to 9 October 2007, under the VTB sponsorship a regular international Moscow festival named "Vladimir Spivakov invites" will take place. There will be 7 concerts within the framework of the festival. The festival will be held at two concert venues, in particular, the Moscow International House of Music and the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory.
Among the participants of the festival, there are the National Philharmonic of Russia and the Moscow Virtuosi, State Chamber Orchestra, both headed by V. Spivakov. The program includes performances of the world known musicians, pianists Denis Matsuev and Joe Sample, oboists Aleksey Utkin and Alexey Ogrinchuk, violoncellist Alexander Buzlov, also vocalists Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Albina Shagimuratova, Ute Lemper and Randy Crawford.

The Moscow Virtuosi State Chamber Orchestra was established in1979. Having won the world recognition, the orchestra from year to year for more than 25 years all over the world represents Russian performance school. Vladimir Spivakov, the orchestra founder, became its leading conductor and soloist.
The National Philharmonic of Russia was established in January 2003 by the Ministry of Culture of Russia on behalf of the Russian President. The main goals of the orchestra became further development of the best traditions of Russian and world orchestra performing. The orchestra is also headed by Vladimir Spivakov.
