Vneshtorgbank has restructured its branch in Nakhodka into an office of its branch in Vladivostock. Starting from April 22, 2005, the corresponding account of the Nakhodka branch held with the Bank of Russia will be closed and all customers of the branch will further be serviced in Office No.1 which offers a most comprehensive spectrum of modern banking products and services to both corporates and individuals.
Vneshtorgbank has made a decision to consolidate these branches in order to improve management of its regional network and upgrade customer-servicing technologies. It will also contribute to the efficiency of Vneshtorgbank's operations, attract new corporate customers and increase the volume of retail services offered to households.
Presently, the Bank's branch network includes 53 branches, 99 offices and cashier's desks in various towns of Russia, and more than 40 outlets in Moscow and Moscow region. In pursuit of its strategic development guidelines in 2005, Vneshtorgbank plans to open 11 more branches designed to further enhance services offered to individual customers including mortgage and consumer lending, as well as to implement Vneshtorgbank's Program of small business support.
