A meeting of VTB Supervisory Board

16 March 2007

On 16 March 2007, VTB held a meeting of its Supervisory Board and decided to nominate candidates to be elected members of VTB Supervisory Board.

The list of candidates submitted for approval by an extraordinary general shareholders meeting of VTB Bank to be held on 4 April 2007 includes:

  1. Kirill G. Androsov - Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade;
  2. Arkadiy V. Dvorkovich - Head of Presidential Experts' Directorate of Russia;
  3. Anton V. Drozdov - Director of Economy and Finance Department, Government of Russia;
  4. Andrey L. Kostin - Chairman and CEO of VTB Bank;
  5. Aleksei L. Kudrin - Finance Minister of the Russian Federation;
  6. Yuri M. Medvedev - Deputy Head of Federal Property Management Agency;
  7. Aleksei L. Savatyugin - Head of Financial Policy Department, Ministry of Finance of Russia;
  8. Sergey A. Storchak - Deputy Finance Minister of Russia;
  9. Aleksey V. Ulyukaev - First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia;
  10. Matthias Warnig - Managing Director of Nord Stream, Board Member of Dresdner Bank ZAO;
  11. Iv Tibo de Silgi - President of the VINCI Group's Administrative Council.

For reference: Matthias Warnig was born on 26 July 1955 in Altdebern (Germany). Before joining Dresdner Bank AG in 1990 he had worked in state authorities of the German Democratic Republic. In 1993-1995 he was actively involved in opening a Russian subsidiary of Dresdner Bank AG, named Dresdner Bank ZAO. Later on, he held several executive positions in this credit institution, and in 2005-2006 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dresdner Bank ZAO.

For reference: Iv Tibo de Silgi was born on 22 July 1948 in Renn (France). Before coming to VINCI Group in 2006 he had taken different posts in governmental bodies of France and EU, and since 2000 he has been in the senior management of various SUEZ Group divisions.
