Vneshtorgbank and Uralsib Financial Corporation have announced of a syndication formed to place the third bond issue by the Tube Metallurgic Company (TMK) worth RUR 5 billion.
Co-underwriters of the issue are Dresdner Bank, Promstroybank, Bank of Khanty-Mansiysk, International Moscow Bank, SOYUZ Bank, Evrofinance Mosnarbank, IMPEXBANK, Capital Investment Company, Megatrustoil financial company, Raiffeisenbank Austria, Rosbank, CentroCredit Bank and Russian Regional Development Bank.
The bonds will be placed on the MICEX trading platform on February 21, 2006.
Under the arrangers` forecast, an annual percentage yield to a two-year offer will reach 8.00% to 8.24% at placement.
The volume of TMK bond issue is RUR 5 billion. The issue was registered with the Federal Financial Markets Service on November 29, 2005, under State Registration No. 4-03-29031-N. The issue matures in 5 years and have semi-annual coupons. The rates of the first to the fourth coupons are equal and will be auctioned at placement. Bond holders are entitled by the Issuer to an early redemption at par value in twenty four months as from date of the placement.
Arrangers and underwriters of the issue are Vneshtorgbank and Uralsib.
