The Bank of Russia has registered Rouble-denominated interest-bearing documentary bonds of Rosselkhozbank JSC. The bonds are issued to bearer with its nominal value totaling 3 billion Russian Roubles. The issue is now registered under State Registration Number 40103349В as of November 10, 2004.
Maturing in 1274 days (or in 3 years and a half), the bonds have fourteen quarterly coupons. The rate of the first coupon is to be defined by a tender; rates of the coupons to follow shall be equal to the first coupon rate until an offer; the rates of the remaining coupons shall be defined by the Issuer. The Issuer is expected to exercise an offer within a year.
In early December this year, the bonds will be placed in the Equity and Bond Market of the MICEX at their face value.
The bond issue is managed and underwritten by Vneshtorgbank, with the NDC acting as a depository and payment agent.
