On 20 October, 2011 Chaba Zentai, Head of Regional Network Department - Senior Vice President of VTB Bank carried out a working visit to the bank’s Izhevsk Branch where he introduced Nikolay Erakov, new Branch Manager.
The appointment has been made in line with the Bank’s initial plan to increase VTB Bank branches’ operations efficiency. The bank’s business development strategy for 2010 -2013 implies growth of regional offices’ profitability, their transformation into up-to-date business units maximally focused on their customers, and offering a wide range of higher technology banking products.
Chaba Zentai said: “We continue improving the team of professional regional managers. I am certain that the appointment of such an experienced banker as Nikolay Ermakov will strengthen VTB Bank’s position in the Udmurt Republic”.
Ermakov Nikolay Aleksandrovich was born in 1957. In 1980 he graduated from the Kazan Institute of Civil Engineering, majoring in civil engineering, in 1991 – the Ural Institute of Social and Political Sciences, majoring in political sciences. In 2001, Nikolay Ermakov started his career in the banking sector as Head of customer service subdivision of Alfa Bank’s branch in Izhevsk, and in February 2003 he was appointed Deputy Manager for customer operations. In August 2004 he was appointed the manager of the branch, and later – of Alfa Bank’s sub-branch, of which he has been in charge till present.
At present there are 10 points of sales of VTB Group in the Udmurt Republic: 3 VTB offices, 5 VTB24 offices, a representative office of VTB Insurance, a representative office of VTB Factoring. The customer base of VTB branch accounts for over 2,000 corporate customers, including about 500 large and medium-sized businesses.The loans issued by VTB Bank’s Izhevsk branch to the companies operating in the Udmurt Republic totaled RUB 1.36 billion.
