You can get to the Federation’s West Tower from Vystavochnaya metro station:
- At the station, take the escalator up;
- Go through the door into the Afimall City shopping centre, turn left through the metal detector frame and walk across the shopping centre following the Federation Tower signs;
- Turn right after you pass Starbucks following the Federation Tower sign until you reach the Exit;
- Go through the double metal doors, then walk through the glass door into the lobby of the West Tower;
- Pass the reception desk, turn right, and keep going until you reach the VTB Group Pass Office;
- Once your pass is issued, (please bring your passport or another form of identification) go through the turnstile to the lifts.
Please NOTE: Between 10pm and 10am a permanent VTB pass is required to go through Afimall City. One-day passes are issued at the VTB Pass Office (Floors -1 and 1 of the Federation Tower) from 8.30am until 6pm on weekdays. The time of your visit is fixed by your pass application. Outside these hours, visitors must be accompanied by a security guard and a representative of the receiving department.

You can get to the Federation’s West Tower from Mezhdunarodnaya station:
- Exit the station;
- Cross the street at the pedestrian crossing and turn right;
- Walk 150 metres until you pass a checkpoint with the Federation Tower sign;
- Walk straight on, then turn left;
- Walk straight on until you reach the VTB doors;
- Get your pass at the VTB Pass Office on your right;
- Once your pass has been issued (please bring your passport or another form of identification) go through the turnstile into the lift hall.
Please NOTE: One-day passes are issued from 8.30am until 6pm on weekdays at the VTB Pass Office (Floors -1 and 1 of the Federation Tower). The time of your visit is fixed by your pass application. Outside these hours, visitors must be accompanied by a security guard and a representative of the receiving department.

From the Third Transport Ring (inner side)

Exit from the Third Transport Ring.
The Federation Tower can be reached from Presnenskaya Street or the Third Transport Ring (inner lane):- Drive through the checkpoint with the Federation Tower sign;
- From the checkpoint drive straight on;
- Turn left;
- After 200 metres, make a sharp turn to the right into the VTB parking lot;
- Enter the Federation Tower lobby through the glass door;
- Pass the reception desk, turn right, walk up to the VTB Group Pass Office;
- Once your pass is issued (please bring your passport or another form of identification) go through the turnstile to the lifts.

The Moscow City business area can be reached:
- By shuttle bus No.546 from Krasnopresnenskaya metro station;
- By shuttle bus No. 28М, 283М, 318М, 461М, 545М, 500М; or bus No. 12, 69, 152; or trolleybus No. 54 from Ulitsa 1905 Goda metro station;
- On foot from Testovskaya railway station.
