VTB Fee Policy Principles

Alongside the Bank’s interest rate policy, its fee policy is a part of VTB Pricing Policy and is aimed at:

• consolidating the Bank’s competitive position in the market in accordance with its strategic priorities and current objectives;
• creating customer-oriented conditions for cooperation with the Bank;
• increasing the Bank’s operating efficiency.

VTB Fee Policy envisages the possibility to set the following fee types for the Bank’s services: basic fees (applicable in all branches and subsidiary offices), regional (applicable in certain regions) and individual (for certain customers).
