VTB offers legal entities and entrepreneurs who have accounts opened with the Bank to arrange settlements by means of registered cheques issued by VTB in rubles and accepted by the Bank's customers for the goods sold or services provided.
Cheque is a security bearing an instruction of its maker (an individual having an account opened with the Bank) to the drawee (the Bank) to pay the amount specified in the cheque to the cheque holder (legal entity, or entrepreneur, hereinafter referred to as Customer).
An individual, a cheque maker, draws a cheque for products or services to the Customer. Within 10 calendar days after the cheque is drawn, the Customer is to present the cheque to the Bank.
The Bank shall pay the cheque amount to the Customer (in full, no partial payment is allowed) through transferring the funds to the Customer account.
