Customer Settlement Center

  1. Customer Settlement Center is a specialized bank service providing the Customer with prompt and easy access to information concerning its own accounts, and accounts of its structural divisions and subsidiaries, as well as enabling the Customer to manage these accounts through electronic communication channels.

  2. Customer Settlement Center is designed for:
    • large holdings comprising various legal entities located within one region or in different regions of Russia; and
    • large companies having country-wide branch networks.
  3. Major features of this service are as follows:
    • control over the transactions effected (through a comprehensive account statement);
    • preliminary control of payment and settlement documents of the Customer`s branches and subsidiaries in order to control the purpose and amount of all payments to be made against relative budgets or limits set for such payments, accompanied by additional facilities of either automated or manual acceptance of payments by the Customer`s controlling authorities.
    • consolidated budget management; and
    • direct management of accounts opened in regional bank divisions.
  4. To be able to use Customer Settlement Center services:
    • the Customer should open accounts for its structural divisions in the nearby sub-offices/branches of the Bank;
    • the Customer`s Head Office should enter into relevant Customer Settlement Center agreements with the Bank;
    • a Standard E-Banking System and additional Automated Center Control software should be installed at the Customer`s Head Office;
    • a Standard E-Banking System and additional Automated Center Control software should be installed at the Customer`s structural divisions.
