Overdraft loan
VTB Bank offers overdraft loans on current accounts in Russian roubles in the event that the client requires funds but has a zero balance on its accounts. Overdraft loans are extended for 12 months.
Terms and conditions:
- The principal debt is due at the end of the loan term;
or,
- The client is required to pay at least once every month during the term when the client has no outstanding overdraft debt except during the month when the first disbursement was made under the overdraft agreement.
The overdraft limit is set at no more than 50% of the average monthly credit turnover from the primary operating activity of the client or the group's affiliated companies.
The overdraft is extended without security, but a surety is required. The list of required guarantees is compiled when considering the client's application. The guarantees should extend to the entire amount of the client's liabilities.
