The service provides security facilities for exchanging information between the Bank and its Customers through files attached to Microsoft Outlook messages.
Basically, this service is aimed at delivering (exchanging) files containing large amount of information (e.g. staff list for payroll settlement or a consolidated register of payments from individuals), but not payment documents to transact business through Customer’s accounts. Types of documents eligible for such exchange are to be specified in a separate agreement between the parties.
Authorship of electronic messages as well as its confidentiality are ensured through the means of electronic digital signature and certified information encryption facilities.
