Acceptance of Payments from Individuals

VTB offers its corporate customers, both Russian residents and non-residents, which have accounts opened with the Bank, assistance in accepting payments from individuals for the goods purchased, work done, and services provided (including public utilities).

An Agreement to be signed between the Bank and Customer on provision of this service shall specify the operating procedures between the payee and the Bank with account of project details.

The Bank accepts ruble cash payments from individuals, or debits relative funds from the individual's current account and credit them into the payee' account.

Key benefits and advantages:

• no costs involved in collection;
• payments collected by the Bank within a business day are aggregated and the Customer's account is credited with the total amount, a report of all accepted payments specifying amount of each payment is attached;
• electronic reports on payments are delivered to Customer through secure communication channels on a daily basis.
