Overnight Deposits
This service is only offered to corporate customers and allows them to place overnight temporarily free funds either in Russian Rubles, or in a foreign currency, at the interest rate set by the Treasury.
Funds can be placed from Customer’s accounts opened with either JSC VTB Bank or other credit institutions. Clients can place funds into this type of deposit using paper documents or electronic means of communication such as electronic banking system, VTB’s secure system of electronic document circulation, “Bloomberg” or “Reuters Dealing” systems.
Minimum amounts for the deposits to be placed overnight with JSC VTB Bank are RUB 10 million or its equivalent in USD/EUR.
The interest rates are quoted daily.
