Bank cards of customs payment system “GREEN GATE” are microprocessor cards designed for participants of foreign trade activities to make all types of customs payments (customs fees/duties, excise duty and other) right at the customs.

With these cards there is no longer a need to diverse funds from company’s turnover for a long period until the beginning of cargo registration or to recheck advanced payments, which is tedious. Receipt printed from the electronic POS-terminal and signed by cardholder and customs officer is the evidence of paying customs fees and the ground for immediate release of cargo

With bank cards “GREEN GATE” You can:

• make payments to customs bodies disaggregated according to codes of budget classification;
• make additional payments in a timely manner in case when total amount of fees was adjusted by customs bodies;
• make customs payments for third parties (for customs brokers who are certified by Federal Customs Service of Russia only);
• receive information on all operations with the card instantly (when subscribing to sms/email alerts on card’s operations);

Bank cars of customs payment system “GREEN GATE” would be an instrument to access an account opened with the Bank and would allow making all types of customs payment through POS terminals installed on customs stations across Russia, from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok regardless of time of the day, holidays, operation hours of banks. VTB issues and processes bank cards “GREEN GATE” as a part of its agreement with Customs Payment System “GREEN GATE”, Ltd (according to Order of Federal Customs service of Russia from 21.07.2008 # 888 Customs Payment System “GREEN GATE”, Ltd is responsible for coordination of emission of customs cards that are used for customs payment).

We offer to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs five categories of cards with different rates of commission fee based on monthly volume of operations. All You need is to forecast a monthly volume of operations and chose suitable card category. Later, if volume of operations changes, the category of card can be changed without a need for a card to be reissued.

If You are interested in making payments on customs stations across all the territory of Russia without preliminary planning, Bank can issue several cards within the same category and set separate limits (daily or monthly) within the amount of balance on Your account.

To get bank cards You need to visit the office of the Bank where You are serviced, submit a package of necessary documents, open an account for bank cards of customs payment system “GREEN GATE” in rubles and sign an agreement on opening and servicing of this account. It usually takes from 5 to 15 working days, depending on the region, to issue bank cards. When necessary, the Bank can issue cards within a shorter period of time.
