Real estate development

Оne of the most important VTB business lines is to support residential and commercial real estate development. The share of this sector exceeds 15% in the overall loan portfolio. This business line is the area of competence of Department of Construction Projects (DCP) which was established in 2009.

DCP consists of two subdivisions:

• Project Finance Division – responsible for the full project financing process: search for projects, negotiations with clients, preparation of the required documentation, transfer of funds to the client;
• Service for Coordination of Construction Projects - responsible for preliminary expertise of the projects (analysis of the initial project documentation, expertise of the financial performance of the project) and subsequent supervision of the sales and construction process.

DCP is responsible for financing of the following real estate segments:

• Residential real estate (mass-market affordable housing, upscale and elite residential projects);
• Commercial real estate (offices, retail, hotels, warehouses).
