Vasily N. Titov First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board

Mr. Titov joined VTB Bank in 2002.
Since August 2009, he has been First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board. He is also a Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council of VTB Bank (Ukraine), Member of the Supervisory Council of VTB Bank (France); Member of the Board of Directors of MMC Norilsk Nickel, Holding IDGC; Member of the Interregional Bank Council under the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bolshoi Theatre Foundation; Chairman of the Board of Directors of CJSC FC Dynamo Moscow; Member of the Executive Committee of the International Federation of Gymnastics.
Before August 2009, Mr. Titov was a Deputy Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board, member of the Management Board, Senior Vice President and Vice President.

Previously held positions include:
1998-2002 - Deputy Head of the Administrative Department, External and Public Relations Director, Head of the Information and External Relations Department of Vnesheconombank, Member of the Board of Directors of Vnesheconombank of the USSR;
1996-1998 - Deputy General Director of the Automobile All-Russian Alliance;
1996 - Assistant to First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation;
1993-1996 - Deputy General Director of the Automobile All-Russian Alliance;
1993 - Mr. Titov worked at the Presidential Executive Office;
1991-1993 - Commentator of the Parliament and Government Service in ITAR-TASS News Agency;
1988-1991 - Domestic Policy Issues Editor at APN Publishing House;
1983-1988 - “Nauka” (Science) Publishing House, Leningrad Department.

Born in 1960.
In 1983, Mr. Titov graduated from the Leningrad State University, and in 2002 - from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
