Andrey S. Puchkov Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board

Mr. Puchkov joined VTB in 2002. Since December 2008, he has been Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board. He is also Chairman of VTB Development Supervisory Board; Chairman of VTB Leasing Board of Directors; a member of Supervisory Councils of Russian Commercial Bank (Cyprus) Ltd., VTB Bank (France) VTB24, VTB Bank (Ukraine), and VTB Bank North-West; a member of the Consultative Committee of VTB Bank Europe; and a member of VB Service Board of Directors.

Before December 2008, Mr. Puchkov worked for VTB Legal Department as: Deputy Head, Head, Vice President - Head of the Department, Senior Vice President - Head of the Department, then Senior Vice President, a member of the Management Board.

Previously held positions include:
1999-2002 - member of the Moscow City Bar;
1997-1999 - assistant lawyer, lawyer at ALM Law Bureau;
1996-1997 - economist and legal consultant in the Central Economic Department of the Bank of Russia.

Born in 1977 in Moscow.
In 1998, Mr. Puchkov graduated from the Law Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
