Herbert Moos Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board

Mr. Moos joined VTB Bank in October 2009. In November 2009, he was appointed Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board.
He is also a member of Supervisory Council of VTB 24 (CJSC), Chairman of the Board of Directors of VTB Factoring Ltd., member of the Boards of Directors of OJSC VTB Leasing, CJSC VTB Capital, CJSC Holding VTB Capital and CJSC VTB Asset Management.

Previously held positions include:
2009 – Senior Vice President, JSC VTB Bank.
2008-2009 – CEO, VTB Capital plc, London.
2007-2008 – CFO for Asia-Pacific, Bank Lehman Brothers, Hong Kong.
2004-2007 – Treasurer for Asia-Pacific, Bank Lehman Brothers, Tokyo.
2002-2004 – Head of Asset and Liability Management, Bank Lehman Brothers, Tokyo.
1995-2002 – Debt Management, Capital and Transaction Planning, Asset and Liability Management, Bank Lehman Brothers, London.

Born in 1972.
In 1993, he graduated from Kiev State Economic University with honors, specializing in Finance and Credit.
In 2002, he graduated from London Business School as Master of Finance.
