Olga K. Dergunova Member of VTB Bank Management Board

Ms. Dergunova joined VTB Bank in 2007. Ms. Dergunova is a member of VTB Bank Management Board. She is also a member of the Supervisory Council of VTB24 and a member of the Board of Directors of VTB Insurance, Chairman of VTB Customer Committee, a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC Systematika Group, a member of the Investment Policy Committee within the Supervisory Council of the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies.

Previously held positions include:
1994-2007 - Large Customer Manager, General Director, Head of the representative office, President of Microsoft Company in Russia and the CIS;
1992-94 - Sales and Marketing Director at Microinform joint venture;
1990-91 - Senior Researcher at Paragraph, a Soviet-American joint venture.

Born in 1965 in Moscow.
In 1987, Ms. Dergunova graduated from the Institute of National Economy and in 1991 - postgraduate course at the Institute of National Economy.
