From 1997 to 2010, Pavel M. Teplukhin was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Troika Dialog Asset Management.

Previously held positions:
May 2007 – May 2008 – member of the Board of Directors of OJSC Volga TGC (TGC-7).
Since 1994 – head of London School of Economics Moscow office.
Since 1993 he has cooperated with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy as Economic Adviser in Jeffrey Sachs’ Task Force and Expert Economist in the Russian-European Center of Economic Policy.
1991 – 1993, Senior Research Associate, Institute for Economic Policy headed by Yegor Gaidar.
1990 – 1991 – Executive Director of one of the USSR’s first private consulting companies, Academia Inc. Mr. Teplukhin participated in a number of pioneer privatization projects in many former USSR republics.
In 1989-90, Senior Research Associate, Research Associate, under Professor Yasin in the Soviet Academy of Sciences at the Central Institute of Economics and Mathematics.

Silver Archer national prize as the Person of the Year (2006).
Award for outstanding contribution to the development of the Russian mutual fund market from the National Association of Managers (2007).
Named among the 20 Rising Stars of Wealth Management by Institutional Investor magazine.
Bearer of the V.N. Tatishchev Order for Services to the Nation.

Mr. Teplukhin graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in Economics; London School of Economics, Master of Economics, Ph. D in Economics.
